And the last 2 months

Since long couldn't write my blog....my files got encrypted and was required to be sent to IT guys at HO...

Lot many things happened in the past 2 months...went to HO for orientation, Mummy, Bhabhi and Kshonik came here.

Attended Alumni meet got 2d Haritima issue. Gurpreet and his team was in touch..met whole team back in pantnagar..seeing them so passionate about the task made me to ge back in my gradutation days....b'ful memories!

my Bday..as after lot many years i was with my Brother on the eve, we had dinner together and there we discussed days from childhood to day i left for pantnagar for the 1st time & lot more. it truly was special ! Time passes but memories remain. :)

Just now came back from Lonavla..from one of Development training. Mr. Ramalingam and Colonel Kelkar were surely masters of their task. Good learning it was & lovely place Lonavla is!

Again back to business....

My first ever Guest lecture..A dream came true today

Reached home (Dantiwada), there met Kshounik (My Nephew), Mummy, Bhabhi, Bhaiya & Maternal uncle and aunty (came here from Mumbai to celebrate Holi).
On 27th Feb, went to Mount Abu, enjoyed the trip along with parents.
Its holy today… wished everyone in a modest way with Gulal. Exchanged sms and phonce calls with close ones,
By the evening started thinking seriously about my first ever guest lecture. Till midnight, kept editing the matter. And finally Bhabhi asked me to deliver the same at 2:30 PM the next day.
Felt a bit of nervousness, but since Bhabhi had promised the Agribusiness management faculty, I decided to deliver it come what may.
Reached the venue 10 minutes in advance, met Prof Basati from HR and the Dean.
After few minutes of interaction, went directly to the lecture room. Connected my Laptop, ensured that things are alright.
And with full of enthusiasm, I went forward and delivered my First guest lecture on Communication skills. After couple of minutes, I found myself enjoying the session and totally connected with my audienc. Honestly & passionately, I tried to give justice to my college time dream.
Finally I thanked all of my audience, including students from CABM, Veterinary College and faculty for giving me opportunity and for sparing time and listening to my presentation.
Elated myself, came back to home, informed this to Mummy, Bhabhi, Bhaiya and my close ones.
This had been a long time dream of mine & I’m really happy, I made it true today.
Dream well in advance, deliver it as per plan and sense it..its just a great feeling & way of my working!!

God's Omen

Well it’s been 6 days I was planning to write my blog but couldn’t manage to do so although its my mismanagement for sure but few other factors like sales pressure coupled with traveling towards the end of the month became the reasons.
Looking back I did lot many things, importantly, I went to the place along with Parikshit, & Bhandari, we tried to deeply understood the ways, process, place, feedbacks etc . One certain outcome was…We can go ahead for sure.


On 23rd Feb, went to bareilly and stayed at IVRI along with Gyandev sir. Good time it was. He definitely is a gem of a person, humble, down to earth, brilliant and above all my big brother.
Way back to Moradabad and pavan met me at Rampur. We decided to go and meet Amit’s Parents and we went there. On meeting, It was really fulfilling to see the happiness on Aunty and uncle’s faces.
On reaching Moradabad, had dinner along with Negi sir and other fellow officers at Police training academy, Moradabad.
Next day onwards, played holi along with farmers (Customers and Non customers both) & channel partners. I believe, steps of this kind, certainly helps in building stronger relations.
26th evening boarded train from Meerut for Holi vacations. I’m certainly excited to visit home after so long…
On way met a Company executive working for QSA India, an ISO certification firm. Got an opportunity to learn the importance of having Checks in system, discussed our project, and got views.
It was like a God’s omen as things have started falling in place automatically. Interestingly, Manoranjan too echoed his voice in the similar lines, when informed.

Do Good & be Good always

9 yrs back i lost my father this day...went to temple in the morning at Bhimtal only......i always feel.had he been alive..he would have been happy to see us (Bhaiya and myself ) settled. spoke to family..
Went to Haldwani along with Pawan, Dhananjai and Manoranjan and met few key persons to get Manjeet's problem solved.
Later went to Pantnagar and met Prof Prabhat so as to get his advice on our plan. Sir gave some very important piece of advices and ensured to support us. In one of his conversation he said, what ever you do contentment is important in life.
On way back to Bhimtal..Bhandari, Dhananjai and myself had a very good discussion. Bhandari practically applied one of the very important Greatness guide lesson. The Good & the Bad!...

before signing off.. wish to tell you all that i strongly feel...with such loving friends around, i look forward to do good and remain good always.

Coming 3 yrs....

Got service done for my vehicle..Initially dealship was not agreeing for credit facility but later they did it. Elated me thanked them all and promised them of good returns for this gesture sometime in future !!..Simple Great service ...

Amit came to moradabad, couriered his bike to Hisar with the help of Indian Railways.

Today shared some good moments with him..in one of conversation he said, " Coming 3 years are going to be one of the most crucial ones for shaping up our lives" & right he was!

After getting my vehicle, Together we went upto Hapur, there on, amit left for Delhi and myself to Meerut to meet Bhabhi and Kshaunik (My 2 1/2 yr old nephew) !!...

Purchased some Choclates for him.. and the moment i handed over to him..i saw a million dollar smile on his face!!!..& that was everything .

Meanwhile ensured to speak to all.. those meant the most to me.

Preparation gives confidence..

Hi Everyone,

One of my Pantnagar Junior Jaideep gave me a call.. expressed my desire to meet him (wanted to refresh graduation memories)...met him for 5 minutes.(his mon called him for some imp work)...good time it was!!

Around 7.. got call from Amit as he was on his way to Moradabad from Agra...Met him..had a cup of tea infront of Bus stop (one of my favorite hang outs when ever i reach back to moradabad post tours)...after some time..he boarded train for rampur...

In between and after this ...continued working on my plan.and its not my dream project.will let you know once i make it happen!!

spoke to family(..along with parents ..includes friends and nearones :)....)

So before i go for sleep..Looking at the preparation..i believe..ill be able to make it!!!
